Delighted with the service from start to finish, Ryan was always in contact through email explaining the process and answering any questions. Like everywhere just now stock is limited however I was kept up to speed on deliveries and any delays. Thankfully there was no delays for my installation and everything went smoothly. The installation was carried out to high standards. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough!! Turned up on time got to work and didn’t stop all day and still had smiles on there faces at the end of the day even though it was 28 degrees! If solar panels and battery storage is what you are looking for then this company is the team to get you sorted!
We have no hesitation in recommending this local, professional family business after having them install solar panels on our property. We were very happy with the prompt, clear communication received from the initial visit to installation, which was carried out over a couple of days by Ewan and Jimmy with no fuss, no mess or intrusion. It was a pleasure to have them working at our home. Alba Heat and Power installed solar panels for neighbours who passed on their details to us, we have paid this forward and passed on their details to a number of friends.
I have recently had Alba Heat and Power install a solar PV system for me at a very competitive price and I cannot fault their quality of service, professionalism and courtesy, nor their expert knowledge, which was evident from first contact with Wayne the business owner.
Following our initial discussion and Wayne’s inspection of my property, I received a bespoke and comprehensive system design document that included; performance estimates, roof layout images, conservative financial projections and even roof load calculations that confirmed structural suitability for a solar PV system.
The installation process was carried out over two days and workmanship was of the highest quality with the house left in perfect order. The system itself is passive but state of the art and includes a power management device that diverts any surplus electricity to the heating element in my hot water tank in preference to export.
Based on my favorable experiences, I am happy to recommend Alba Heat and Power who have been a pleasure to engage with and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.
